Este trabajo de investigación consiste en determinar aquellos indicios que provienen de las conductas presuicidas, para armar un protocolo de actuación que orientará al perito criminalístico en el lugar del hecho, en la búsqueda y reconocimiento de elementos, tangibles e intangibles, tratando con esto de unir indirectamente al perito en Psicología o Psiquiatría, con el lugar del hecho, ya que en estos momentos en la Provincia de Mendoza, éste perito no concurre al lugar del hecho, como se hace en otros países como España, Cuba, EE.UU., etc. Para esto el trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo de la siguiente manera: En primer término se realizó una investigación sobre el suicidio y sus concepciones generales para poder tener una visión clara de los casos con los que íbamos a trabajar. Luego se implementó un rastreo bibliográfico sobre que era la autopsia psicológica e inspección del lugar del hecho, este último dentro del marco de la criminalística. En segundo término se trabajó con casos reales, que debido a mi función pública, como perito oficial de la Policía Científica de Mendoza, me permitió actuar directamente en la escena del crimen, con respecto a la búsqueda de indicios pre-suicidas. También se procedió a la revisión y análisis de informes técnicos criminalísticos, de hecho anteriores, de los archivos de Policía Científica, para la obtención de datos estadístico sobre el tema. Y por último se analizó y evaluó los resultados obtenidos, logrando con ello realizar el protocolo de mención, al cual se lo denominó “Protocolo de Pesquisa Pre-Suicida”.

This work investigation consists on determining those indications that come from the behaviors pre-suicides, to arm a performance protocol that will guide the expert in criminalist in the place of the fact, in the search and recognition of elements, tangible and intangible, trying with this to unite the expert indirectly in Psychology or Psychiatry, with in the place of the fact, since in these moments in Mendoza's County, this expert doesn't converge to the place of the fact, like one makes in other countries like Spain, Cuba, USA, etc. For this the investigation work was carried out in the following way: In first term he/she was carried out an investigation on the suicide and their general conceptions to be able to have a clear vision of the cases with those that we will work. Then it was implemented an I rake bibliographical on that it was the psychological autopsy and inspection of the place of the fact, this last one inside the mark of the criminalist. In second term one worked with real cases that due to my public function, as official expert of Mendoza's Scientific Police, it allowed me to act directly in the scene of the crime, with regard to the search of indications pre-suicides. You also proceeded to the revision and analysis of reports technical criminalist, in fact previous, of Scientific Police's files, for the statistical obtaining of data on the topic. And lastly it was analyzed and it evaluated the obtained results, achieving with it to carry out the mention protocol, to which denominated it to him "Protocolo de Pesquisa Pre-Suicida".
